We’re quick off the mark! All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping methods to get your gear to you:

  • Standard Shipping (A$12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (Orders over A$50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote locations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

Not completely stoked with your purchase? No worries! We offer a hassle-free returns process.

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

  1. Initiate Your Return
    Email our crew at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
    • Your order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
    • Reason for return
    • Whether you want a refund or exchange
  2. Package Your Items
    Pack your return securely in the original packaging with all tags still attached. For boards and foils, use protective covers to prevent damage in transit.
  3. Ship It Back
    We’ll email you a return shipping label if your return qualifies for free shipping. Otherwise, send your package to:

  4. Receive Your Refund or Exchange
    Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 5 business days), we’ll process your request:
    • Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days
    • Exchanges: Shipped within 2 business days of approval

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Used foiling equipment (see “Foiling Used” category)
  • Customized or special order items
  • Opened fin sets (Fins Longboard, Fins Quad/Twin/5 Fin, Fins Thruster)
  • Clearance or special items (marked as “On Special”)

Faulty Items

If your gear arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll cover return shipping and get you sorted ASAP. Just include photos of the damage in your return request.

International Returns

For orders outside Australia, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty. Please note that duties and taxes aren’t refundable.
